The Rugby Six Nations Championship, which has been running since 2000, is one of the oldest international rugby union tournaments in the world. This year’s tournament will be held in early February at Twickenham Stadium.
The GuinnessSix Nations Championship is a rugby union competition held annually between the national rugby teams of England, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, Wales and France. It is contested by six teams that play each other once at home and once away.
In the last season in 2021, Wales was the champions with 20 points and France took the 2nd position with 16 points.
Rugby Six Nations 2022 Schedule, Fixture & Calendar
The 23rd season of this tournament will be held from 5th February to 19th March 2022. The very first match of round 1 will play between Ireland and Wales on 5th Feb 2022 at Aviva Stadium, Dublin at 14:15 WET (UTC+0). That match will be live telecast on ITV and S4C TV channels.
And the 2nd match will be held on the same date between Scotland and England at 16:45 GMT (UTC+0) at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh. This match will be aired on the BBC One TV channel.
